The house dates from the late 1800s and there is also a garden which of course may be used by guests, the whole surrounded by walls in the tradition of St.. Malo.There is a garage, and it is also possible to park on the street outside.

The house is located in a residential area, so it is quiet both day and night. St.Servans central shopping street, Rue Ville-Pepin, at a five minutes walking distance.
